From reports to real life
The gap her practice was created to close.
Throughout her career, Zoe has seen the gap between identifying a pupil’s needs and creating an environment in which that pupil can function, learn and develop.
A diagnosis may be accurate and valuable. A school may be well intentioned. Parents may be doing everything they can. Yet the child or young person may still be struggling because no one person is responsible for bringing the whole picture together.
Zoe’s practice was created to address that gap.
- An understanding of neuroscience
- Thirty years of teaching judgement
- Experience of pupils and families
- Knowledge of international-school environments
- An ability to interpret complex reports
- A practical approach to implementation
- Calm, direct communication
A founder-led practice
Deliberately limited. Personally involved.
Zoe works with a deliberately limited number of private clients and institutional engagements. She remains personally involved in understanding the case, determining the strategy and reviewing important decisions.
Where other expertise is needed, she works alongside qualified clinicians, therapists, educators, legal professionals and advisers. The client retains one coherent direction without being expected to coordinate every professional alone.
Professional boundaries. Zoe is not presented as a medical doctor, clinical psychologist or therapist. She does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, advise on medication or provide emergency mental-health support. Her role is educational, strategic and practical: helping clients understand the available information, make decisions and coordinate appropriate implementation.
